Por motivos de regulación y normativas de prevención AML, cuando se efectúa un pago, no es posible revertirlo mediante una transacción blockchain del mismo tipo. \

Sin embargo, podemos efectuar devoluciones a través de los "**cupones de devolución de Bitnovo**", permitiéndote recibir un cupón por el valor de tu compra en euros, y pudiéndolo canjear por la criptomoneda que elijas dentro de la aplicación de Bitnovo.

Este cupón contiene un código único y no tiene fecha de caducidad, por lo que puedes elegir canjearlo en el momento que desees.
