Refund policy

For regulatory reasons and AML prevention regulations, when a payment is made, it is not possible to reverse it via a blockchain transaction of the same type.

However, we are able to issue refunds via "Bitnovo refund vouchers", allowing you to receive a voucher for the value of your purchase in euros, and redeem it for the cryptocurrency of your choice within the Bitnovo app.

This voucher contains a unique code and has no expiry date, so you can choose to redeem it whenever you want.
