It is possible to request a withdrawal from the trading account balance in Fiat currency (Euro €). Only the administrator can make withdrawals by bank transfer to the store's associated IBAN account. It is not possible to transfer funds to bank accounts of a different account holder.
To execute a withdrawal, the administrator just needs to:
Go to the movements section
Click on "Withdraw"
Enter the amount to withdraw
Select the withdrawal method "Transfer"
Execute the withdrawal
Cryptocurrency withdrawals
It is possible to make withdrawals in cryptocurrencies, you must request as withdrawal method "Cryptocurrencies", then select which cryptocurrency you prefer and lastly the amount you wish to withdraw.
In the cryptocurrency withdrawal process your Fiat (€) balance will be converted to the desired cryptocurrency through a purchase order. The purchase order may be subject to operating commissions.
