For regulatory reasons and AML prevention regulations, when a payment is made, it is not possible to reverse it through a blockchain transaction of the same type.

To address this situation, we have developed "cash back coupons", which are commission-free both at issuance and cashing out. This allows the customer to redeem the coupon for the cryptocurrency of their choice through a unique code.

How do I generate a refund coupon?

You must click on "Refund Coupon" in the detail of a payment received. Partial refunds are not possible.

In the event that the merchant does not have sufficient balance in its account, a deposit must be made in order to make the return coupon.
